OVERVIEW

Nectar offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee, consumer happiness is our main objective; meaning anyone that purchases a Nectar product will have the utmost confidence and reassurance knowing that Nectar stands behind the results and anything less than satisfied will be fully refunded.

REFUNDS

If you are not fully satisfied with Nectar, please return all items or the empty containers for a 100% refund within 30 days of purchase. Refunds do not include any shipping charges.

PLEASE NOTE: Some credit providers or banks may take 1-7 days to return your money once we approve a refund with our bank, and we are unable to adjust this with your bank or credit provider.

RETURNS

Once your returned item is received, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then proceed with a prompt refund, typically the same day or the next day, depending on the time of day.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

For late or missing refunds follow the steps below to get this resolved as quickly as possible:

SALE ITEMS

All refunds will be reimbursed at the same price paid, refunds do not include shipping, handling or any additional fees other than the sole price of the product.

DAMAGE DUE TO FREIGHT OR SHIPPING

All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check the product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged products must be made within 48 hours. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time. Please include a full description of the damages to the product.

EXCHANGES

If the product is unused and unopened, we will exchange the product for a replacement. Once your exchanged item is received, we will email you to notify you that we have received your exchanged item. We will then proceed with sending you a replacement product to the address originally sent to. To return your product, you should mail your product to:

GIFTS

Anyone with the original or gift receipt may receive a refund within 90 days of purchase. Gift purchases have 30 additional days to receive a refund. If paid on Credit Card, it can only be refunded back to the same credit card as the original purchase.

STORE CREDIT

Any refund may be in the form of store credit for your convenience. Store credit expires in one (1) year. After one (1) year, the transaction is cleared from our accounting system and will not show up.
